Case of Mistaken Diagnosis
Our car started to make a weird troublesome noise coming from the right rear passenger side wheel area. I tried looking up any possibility it could be and everything I was finding pointed to wheel bearings going bad. Had the car towed to Jesse Britts, they looked it over and found that a small rock had made it's way between the caliper. They called with the good news, didn't even charge me for rock removal. I was so relieved, they saved me a bunch of money, I recommend Jesse Britts highly.

Great service
When I got there the waiting room area was packed. But the team behind the counter was helpful and all had a sense of urgency. Listening to them interact with other customers while waiting . It was great to hear them try to work with each customer and help them with their different issues. Definitely recommend their services.

John said they have really good service, he pays a little bit more. He has to get up early in the morning to get in, they are number one at the counter, very professional, they are cool. He has never had a problem and suggested they keep up the good work.

I was recommended this place by a friend. The customer service was top tier and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’ve had some past experiences with places in waco that haven’t been so great and it’s been a bit discouraging, so finding this place has been a relief. Very satisfied with everything and will definitely be back!
