I have never been treated so rudely after buying a car and then having a problem they won't address. After being told by text.. and I have the text..to bring my car to the service dept and they would take care of it..I drove from Alliance to Weatherford only to be told they would not fix it. I sent them photos etc and Joe DeAngelo texted me and said
"Just come back to service on the right hand side of the Hyundai building and someone here will get it taken care of it"

But, after the drive there, they did nothing.

I then talked to Jeff Davis, who is a sales manager, and he tried to "mansplain" to me and talk down to me like I am not very smart!!!
I guess because I am an older woman.. and because I am a woman, they felt I would just "go away"!!
