When a Dealership Visit Actually Deserves a Shoutout
In a world full of fast opinions, negative vibes, and endless talk about what went wrong, we figured it was time to spotlight something that went unexpectedly right. Our visit to Jenkins Hyundai Leesburg was one of those rare moments when the experience didn’t just meet expectations—it flipped them on their head.
We rolled in on a Saturday morning with low expectations—just hoping to get our oil changed and routine maintenance handled. What we thought would be a box-checking kind of morning turned into something genuinely enjoyable. While the car was being serviced, we found ourselves actually relaxing—chatting with the crew, sipping espresso, and soaking in the kind of atmosphere you don’t expect from a dealership.
As soon as we walked through the service department doors, we were greeted by Kendra—a genuine smile and an attitude that said she enjoys her job. She wasn’t just checking boxes; she was running the show like it was her own name on the building.
The Jenkins crew is genuinely refreshing. People seemed happy to be there—and not in that forced, “smile-through-the-grind” kind of way. You could feel the difference. The energy was light, the interactions were real. Bravo, you’re doing an amazing job and it shows.
