Service nightmare
Set appt while on the phone and tryed to explain what was wrong and will need a loaner but did not get the chance was cut off and was told to tell service when I came in so I get to my appt and was told they had no loaners and to change and reschedule again and was told no promises then either just a FYI this is a 2023 frontier bought new has 10000 miles problems so far front end squeaks bad screen goes black first starting up steam comes from tail pipe alot and engine tapping noise rear and front sensors go off for no reason

Oil change tire rotation
I have always received valet service from Jenkins dealerships, and tipped very well for them to come pick up my cars from the office and take it them in for any recalls or scheduled maintenance service needed on them. Even when I had my Volkswagen. The majority of the time they left me a loaner but I never ever use the loaner car. It just sat there. It usually was the same cute little couple used to always pick it up. I always tipped them very well. When I called today for a regular visit. I was told by the girl who made the appointments that they are Genesis now and they will not be offering that valet service for Hyundai customers only for Genesis. She said they did it only during Covid. I told her Covid is still going on and that I have used valet on my cars since 2017 which was before Covid. I told her I will go to Clermont even if I have to drive it myself.

Over charged for cars
I have purchased 8 hyundais from Jenkins of Leesburg. I always assumed they were being straight forward and honest with me when we were making a deal. I decided to try another Hyundai dealership and the realization hit me that I was taken for about $40,000 more than I should have paid for my cars over then years. Check the sticker on the cars and you will find you pay between 5000 and 7000 more for the same cars at other Hyundai dealers in central Florida.
I will never purchase or recommend Jenkins Hyundai or any other Jenkins dealership for a new car Purchase. Contact Jill at central Hyndai in Clermont for your new Hyundai.

Buyer beware
Buyer Beware!

Purchased a vehicle over a month ago and waited over 30 days for plates and registration, (to date I still have no title).

Emails and phone calls were made daily to multiple people at the dealership.

When I did get through to the dealership I was lied to and given false information on multiple occasions.

They are the WORSE. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Appointment & Service
Calling making an appointment was a little confusing, however, had to call back, talked with Nicole in Service, able to make the appointment sooner than I thought, she was very helpful and I was appreciative. We have been Hyundai owners for over 20 years(Of course lived in Florida 22 years) and always had great service and have the best service all around including the employees.
Thanks go to Nicole who I will call next time we need service.

Sold a SALVAGE & rebuilt vehicle
My mother and I purchased a car from Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg /Jenkins Auto Group. It was a pre-owned car. I was told it was accident free. When I saw the Carfax, after the paperwork was signed, I saw that an accident was reported on Carfax. I became concerned that the dealership lied about the vehicle being accident free. I did more research and I found out that this vehicle with this VIN was TOTALED, SALVAGED, AUCTIONED as a SALVAGE VEHICLE, and was then slapped back together and re-sold to us as a clean, clear, and safely drivable vehicle. We bought the car on September 30, 2022 and I have been in contact with the dealership trying to get this resolved. They have refused to do anything except say they would “allow us” to turn around and trade the vehicle in on another vehicle of theirs.

I have contacted and filed complaints with the FTC, the State Attorney General of Florida, the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, ADA.gov, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

This vehicle is not safe to drive, and I believe I need to alert other consumers to this probable ongoing dealership fraud. I have multiple VIN reports, and other documentation, including pictures that prove that this is the same vehicle and it was a SALVAGE vehicle.

I believe we were specifically targeted and sold this death trap of a vehicle because we my mother is a senior citizen and HoH, and I am obviously physically disabled. Neither of us are able to inspect a car the way a typical consumer would be able to inspect a vehicle.

Also, they bounced this vehicle around their local dealership lots up to 22 times in the last six months, proven by one of the VIN reports I have uncovered. They say there are no salvage title or brand title issues but our title is still “pending dealer transaction” on the state website.

This is an unsafe vehicle for my family to drive and ride around in. I'm terrified for my family every time we have to go somewhere in this salvage vehicle that appears to still have a possibly twisted and messed up frame.

We only asked for what was fair and right. We would like to return the salvage vehicle, have our loan contract canceled, and our down payment returned.

My mother is a senior citizen and HoH, and I am physically disabled, which I believe may also incorporate some sort of enhancement of possible charges for discrimination and/or violating the ADA.

Electrical problems are an issue.
I’ve brought my car in for the phone charging station almost exploding my phone. It caused my phone to get so hot it shut the main screen off the phone off. The phone said cool me off. My phone does not always connect when I get in the car. I have to touch the buttons several times. My lighting on the speedometer and odometer stay silver instead of the blue color periodically. There are electrical problems.
