Typical stealership
Don’t waste your time or money going here. For some reason they still think it’s okay to advertise vehicles online for MSRP and then inform you that there’s actually a 10k “market adjustment” when you actually go in. That was common practice for most dealerships during the pandemic, but last I check COVID is over now and if wasn’t already shady before it definitely is now. Do yourself a favor call around and find another dealership that isn’t charging that fee, trust me there’s at least one that I know of. When you’re driving around town look at the dealer stickers on the back of the Hyundais, you’ll notice there isn’t too many Jenkins and a lot of another one that starts with a K and ends with a Y.

Bad alignment - to drive my car is a hazard
On 06/11/20222 I had another alignment done to fix a previous one made in April. I had to turn my steering wheel to the right to drive straight.
I contacted Mr. Knight and told to drop the car off, so the problem could be fixed.
I contacted him today 06/15/2022, and I said thanks for for the help and also asked him if the mechanic drove the car after the alignment. The steering wheel is leveled but the car is going still to the right while driving straight. The car is acting strange while using the drive assistant, so I turned it off. For my surprise the car still has the same problem.
The issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible because driving the car is a hazard now. I don’t feel safe driving it.
I am very very disappointed with Hyundai Jenkins.

Called him 3 times and left VM.
no answer or any kind of contact

The email was sent first thing today and his answer was :

Hi Sandro
I am sure that our technician did drive your car. However, I am happy to have him it again. If adjustments need to be made, of course we will adjust to make sure that you are happy.
When can we expect you to come by?

Warranty misrepresentation
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TOTALLY FINE, I HAVE NO ISSUE WITH THEM. However, the warranty when I purchased the car was not explained well enough. So the only qualm I have is that I wasn’t expecting to have a $100+ charge, I was expecting the service to be covered.

Maintenance Warranty is Misleading
When I purchased the car, I thought that the warranty I was getting with the car was: for 5 years, they covered oil changes and tire rotation and balances. What the warranty actually was: once a year for 5 years, we’ll cover the oil changes and rotation and balances. So I feel slighted because of that, but other than that issue, I love the employees here and the car is amazing.
