AMAZING!
I was stranded across the street with a tire. I called to see if anyone could help me. Knowing it's 2 days prior to a holiday, I knew they were super busy. The receptionist checked to see and said to give them about 15 mins or so and someone would come out. These two men jumped out of the truck and went straight to work. They were very professional and very knowledgeable as well. I asked what I owed them and the gentleman replied "nothing" I offered to buy them lunch or drinks and they wouldn't take any money. They asked me to drive over to the garage so he could check the air in my spare. Anyonke would feel at ease going to get service here. I will be coming back again for future repairs as well as spreading the word to friends, family, and clients ( all ready have) BIG THANK YOU TO JEFF AND JAKE! GOD BLESS YOU!??

Been going to Jake's for over 10 years.
I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyplace else. Jeff has always been upfront about costs and time for repairs.

Very helpful
We have been using Jake's garage for about 15 years now. Jeff, John, and even young Jake as well as the other folks are always dependable and honest. Great family business and I would recommend anyone to use them. Funny thing is my son is schooled as a mechanic, but after working on cars all day he didn't want to do some work on his own car. We told him to take it to jakes and he too is very pleased with the work they do. Top notch service with a good group of folks at more than reasonable price. Don't hesitate, we are glad we took the leap of faith of not using the dealership and opted to go with a small town mechanic.

Not what I expected.
Not the level of service I am used to receiving from them. I was charged almost 200.00 for normal maintenance which was an inspection, oil change, and wiper blade replacement. I also asked for the tires to be rotated and balanced, however this maintenance was not performed although the rear tires have plenty of tread on them (hence my reason for wanting them rotated while I considered replacement tires). I also wasn't advised on a repair which needed to scheduled in the future. Overall, very unhappy with a garage that shares a name :(
