When Jags did in fact not return the following morning, we followed up and were told they would not come back until we sanded the driveway. We’d not been told about this requirement but had it done in 30min. When we called back, we were told they would come back that day. After many follow ups to Jags, always committing to return, we went to bed with our stuck van and no word from Jags.
Day three began again, calling Jags. They were surprised that despite committing continually that they’d return, that we hadn’t found someone else to pull us out. Said they’d be back sometime that day. At this point we called AAA asking for another vendor to help us. AAA called Jags anyways, and he refused the job, but again, no word to us from Jags that they wouldn’t be coming.
Glad we had food, as we were housebound for three days due to Jags. Never again.
