The establishment is honest about the work needed but I was charged for a general look at the car. I came in for an oil change but declined when they told me my car needed to much work. I was charged for a 1/2 hour of labor but the simple oil changed would have been 30 dollars cheaper. I felt a little ripped off. I take our cars there all the time for service. They could have LOOKED at it for free.
