My experience was with Brian mostly and he was excellent when it came to customer service, transparency and providing with options. Mind you I was out of town through the whole process, so he could’ve easily disregarded my car as a priority . I came in with the assumption that my alternator needed replacement but it only ended up being the battery, what could’ve been $800+ expense only turned out to be $350 expense, which I’m super grateful for because you hear of those horror stories where auto shops may charge for something that never needed to be fixed because it cost more . Big shout out to Brian and the Jackson Automotive Team !
