Ian Burns was by far one of the nicest, well informed, up front, and communicative car dealers I've ever worked with. It was very refreshing to feel like he really cared about my experience and with being happy with the purchase I was making. I had a LOT of questions ahead of time by e-mail and he never failed to respond quickly and with all the details I needed. Bottom line, if you are looking for a Hyundai, I can't recommend enough taking the little bit of extra time to drive up to Burlington and work with Ian.
