Always reliable
J Poulos always does top quality work and gives me options for repairs. Sometimes it’s worth getting a used part, and sometimes not, and they are always honest about the options. Price is great for the quality and reliability of the work.

fixed right the first time...
Any work has been done correctly the first time, and in a timely fashion. My only request is that the customer is notified once a problem is diagnosed and what it will cost before the work is started, not after the fact. Other than that, everything was done properly.

Fast, efficient and friendly!
I use my car for work so when my resonator pipe detached from my muffler I didn't have the luxury of waiting. I've used this garage before so I made them my first call and they delivered! Within hours I had my car back ready for work the next morning.

Great customer service....
I heard about this service center from a coworker. I called to have my car serviced and I asked when do you want to bring your car in? I brought my car in the very next morning, it was worked on right away and everything was completed in reasonable amount of time. The mechanic noticed the vehicle needed a few little odds and ends which he took care of at no extra cost.I appreciate he went above the agreed service requirements, also the car is done within that morning afternoon or by closing if the job is that big.... I've had my car sit in other places for up to a week!!! and it was only a two to three hours job. I don't usually recommend anyone ,but I'm going to make an exception and recommend J Poulos Auto Service. By the way it's my third time there and still very pleased
