Headlight replaced and tires rotated
I brought my 2013 BMW in to get a headlight replaced and the wheels rotated since the haven’t been rotated since I bought the car 4 or 5 years ago. It was done quickly and they called to let me know as soon as it was ready. Their customer service was great and friendly m.

Quick and Painless service.
My wife’s Chevy Equinox was in bad need of tires. I called New England Tire Car Care in Warwick, made an appointment and had their team put some new Radials on. It was so quick, when the tech came to me in the lobby I was expecting an upscale of some sort but no. He said the car was ready to go and I was on my way. They were super helpful with a couple of other questions I had and I even went back that day to purchase a battery for my mother in law’s car. I highly recommend them for any work you need done.

Customer service needs to be much better…
The young man at the front desk answering the phones was nice, however I found the person who appeared to be in charge condescending to his staff and myself. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I had to wait approximately 7 minutes without any contact from staff while he conducted a meeting in the garage (even though some of the people could see I was at register waiting)…. When he finally came out he was on phone with what seemed to be his GF or wife, who he also seemed aggravated with and was on a while as I continued to stand and wait. When he finally hung up with her he started on his sandwich he had brought out from the back at the same time meeting completed, and he was on phone. When he finally got to me he didn’t explain the repairs. I then asked for assistance with my car, and the person who seemed in charge appeared to be aggravated that I asked…. I unfortunately will not be going back….Its to bad because my interactions with everyone else were very good.

we apaologize for the way you feel you were treated but the manager was on his lunch hour and still took the time to help you out during his lunch  we also did not charge you the standard $45.00 a day fee as posted and visible and the manager also discounted your bll by $200.00.please feel free to call mike the manager to discuss further 401-737-1400
