I was in a hurry to get my car inspected on 5/23/24, After it was finished, the Sales Manager/Technician, came to me about a hole in my Rocker panel. I responded to him stating I know about the rust spot because, that's all it was!!! I didnt understand why he called it a hole.. Had I not been in a hurry and on hold on my phone with an important phone call, I would have addressed what I seen afterwards. When I got home there was a huge hole!!! My frame was intact in that spot of the car with original paint!!! It was rusted a little bit but was still intact with the same frame paint and all!!! I called next day and the guy yelled at me and swore it just fell off and that I brought it in that way!! I have pictures of my car before I took it there!! Walked around car to examine my tires with a mechanic, had my driver side tire changed , and that car still had paint and there was no hole! I will be trying to get video where I had been the night before and I will be seeking a lawsuit.
