My Kia developed a problem on 3/4/22. The service couldn't look at it until 3/8/22. Appointment made for 10:30 AM. Car checked in at 10:31 AM. Service agent not aware of safety warning systems. Service would not be completed before 4:00 PM (5 1/2 hours). Why bother to make an appointment when service has no idea of how to schedule. I hope sales reads this because this is a reason not to shop at this dealership.
