This location is the worst. I am an auto owner since 1990s and believe me had NEVER had such an attitude (which is no a problem to me), but I have been paying for a full tire protection for almost 3 years and had never had a problem till today. When I had a flat tire I called and after explained my situation they hang up - ed on me 2 times. On my third attempt I was placed on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. When I called for the fourth time I was literally laughed at for being so long on hold. I was speechless. And right after that I was told that I don't have enough time to come and have my car fixed. They literally told me they don't care about my frustration and I am the only customer who has this problem....After that they transferred me to the manager, namely Bruce, who was trying to help (also with an attitude) telling me that yes, I do have the full tire protection, but they cannot accommodate me, almost calling me "stupid". Honestly, I would not expect such a treatment from the customer service for the ACTUAL SERVICE I have been paying for......PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!
