Fantastic customer service
Well I don't know anything about the dealership in general but I will tell you Finance manager Arian Lara is a gem. I have purchased two extended warranty programs on two different vehicles from him and couldn't be happier. He's honest and fair, listens to the customers needs and wants and hits right on target. He provides outstanding customer service which is rare these days. Thank you Arian

They will con you right out of your money.
Went and had a recall taken care of and I'll change. Hour after dropping my car off I get a call that my oil pan has a crack in it and I need to replace it. $750 later I have a new oil pan but I ask for the old one back. My husband cleaned the old one and found no crack, nothing solid pan! So he went back to tell them there's nothing wrong with my old one, showed them and asked to be reimbursed for making us buy something we don't need. Long story short, they insist there's a crack and basically threaten to call the cops. This place is a joke! A total scam garage! So much for customer service! We will be selling this crappy car and never going back there again! Beware!!

Lady with no oil in engine 's review - a clip from below
The lady who reviewed about having no oil in the engine?? Why is it the dealerships fault there was no oil. ? Its your job to check the oil each day before you use your vehicle. Period. My neighbor got a free engine after 100k had passed due to the lower bearing issue. About a year later my daughters engine failed again just past warranty. They covered it 100 % . I would like to see Ford GMC or Chrysler do the same. You say they treated you like you were stupid?? Well sorry to say this but by reading your message I will think the same. I have purchased 4 vehicles there in the last 10 years. I have never had an issue . Mind you I do lift the hood and look around including checking the oil.

Hyundai oil burning lemons
Do not buy a Hyundai period, especially from this dealer inver grove heights. They are the worst. I bought my lemon may of 2021 and have had nothing but oil burning problems. If you are a woman they treat you like shit and lie about everything. Worst place ever. I will never buy another one. They seriously are junk vehicles with the worst warranty coverage and worst service departments. Mine is a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sport with 65,000 on it now. Mine actually ran out of oil a few months ago with the oil light coming on and having to add almost 4 quarts of oil. I was treated like I was a stupid woman that knew nothing. Now i am waiting to dump it or hopefully it runs out of oil in between oil change's so i can pick up the phone and call Hyundai and say Come get your junk POS. Lesson learned my next vehicle will be a Toyota rav something nice with excellent customer service and excellent warranty coverage. Have your ever wondered why Hyundai service department is so hard to get in for an appointment? Well now you know they sell junk!

Excellent 60K maintenance service.
Was waited on & processed quickly. Service rep explained what was covered by the 60K maintenance & cost. The dealership was undergoing some construction/upgrades ( no cars on display & temporary waiting area) which took away the usual new car browsing while one waits. I was kept updated on how things were progressing & free snacks/beverages were provided. I had told the service rep that my front bumper shroud had been torn off after going through the car wash & I had to secure it with duct tape-could they look at it & see if they could fix it. Pleasantly surprised when checking out that , yes they did fix it at no charge. Superior service, & friendly staff!!

Tyler P was very helpful. He explained all of my maintenance options. My car was also washed and hand dried which was a nice surprise. The remodel of the building looks nice.

Had an issue with rhe engine.
Had an issue with my engine oil light on and check engine light came on and the had no problem bringing me in with out an appointment and serviced my vehicle.
