The name "Integrity" is an absolute joke. I specifically brought my car here because a previous shop had botched a brake fluid flush, leaving the fluid black. Integrity 1st charged me $120 to perform a "proper" flush and assured me I would be good to go.
Less than a week later, I took my car to another service center for my tires, and their technician informed me my brake fluid was pitch black and looked like it had never been changed. When I immediately went back to Integrity 1st to confront them, the service advisor looked at the black fluid and completely refused to own the mistake. Instead of apologizing, he suddenly made up an excuse that my system was "so dirty it might need two flushes."
To make matters completely unacceptable, he refused to fix his shop's mistake for free and told me I would have to PAY THEM AGAIN for a second flush to get the fluid clear. They took my money, failed to do the job properly, and then tried to extort more money from me to fix it. Avoid this place at all cost.
