Had some parts that needed replacement.
Needed brake pad and rotors, control arm bushings, and struts. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday. They were done Thursday. Upon picking my car up Thursday, Chris told my that there was a vibration in the right front wheel. I said ok, but I hadn’t noticed any vibration since owning the car. Long story short, there was a control arm issue. One of the pins wasn’t seated properly. So I drove it back to the shop. Chris and Nick looked and noticed the issue and told me that they would fix it. They did! My wife picked up my car and drove it home. She said it drive very smooth! Thanks Independent VW, you guys are awesome!!!
