I've been an Import Authority customer for 12 years. They have seen me through my first car (a 1990 Nissan Sentra) and six other cars since. I brought my Subaru Forester in to have it checked for a rough idle and squeaking on hard turns. I got a call later that afternoon saying that the car looked great and received a recommendation on how to avoid the squeak in the future (it wasn't a mechanical problem). They also suggested a possible flush and BG fuel treatment to help with the rough idle, but Clinton was not pushy about this at all. I decided to do it and have been very pleased with the results.
