Honest and thorough
I have been taking my car to Import Authority for 10 years. They have always been very honest and fair with me. They take me seriously and do not talk down to me, which is not the case at many shops when you are female. They have always done good work on the car that lasts. The car I just picked up from them (2012 Elantra) is running really well and has a new lease on life after a 100k mile checkup and list of repairs. Highly recommend them for your foreign car.

Always reliable and easy to work with
My husband and I absolutely love Import Authority. They are knowledgeable, reliable, good communicators, and stand behind their work. We refer everyone to Import Authority. And if their issue is something that has to be handled by a dealer, they’ll tell them so. Good people!

Hard job made easy
My 2008 Miata needed a passenger door handle. They quoted me a price to put that door handle on and added in an oil change at the regular price and away I drove. It’s very handy to get a ride home after I drop off my car, but that’s the way they are: willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Peerless.
I have a 1993 Lexus ES 300. Import Authority has taken care of it since I first got it. They had made a repair to the front end. The part failed some time later. I had forgotten that particular repair. I took it in, they said it was still under warranty, and away I drove w.out spending a dime. The car now has some problems. It's still safe to drive around town, but they told me it was just not worth the money it would take to repair it.
