This gym’s atmosphere is honestly amazing. It is like a family where everyone is cheering one another on to achieve their goals and become their best selves. The instructors are incredibly friendly and help you every step of the way. No two workouts are exactly the same and even better, you don’t need to have any workout experience before coming in here! They even help you make positive changes in your life regarding food, mentality and overall health that doesn’t require you to go on a rabbit diet where you eat only salads. They help you incorporate positive choices into your routine that work for you. I was skeptical about meal planning when I walked in here because I’m a vegetarian but they even had fantastic recommendations for different ways I can improve my diet without needing to incorporate meat. My endurance is so much better, my lung capacity is larger and I feel amazing. The first few workouts may leave you sore (its not that bad) but trust me, once you get through them that will go away. There are people from every walk of fitness level so it is a place for anyone and everyone who wants a great workout!
