Nightmare!!! Do not shop here!!
I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership. The finance manager did not complete 13 buyers’ paperwork including mine. They fired him and finally finished the paperwork months later which caused me not to be able to drive my new vehicle until it was official. They tried to hide the damage on the passenger seat 2nd row by covering it with a license plate and after5 months, shipped the seat cover replacement and additional key fob to me. I was told that the car was a demo. Owners daughter drove it and ruined the seat with a baby seat and the odor of chemicals they sprayed in the vehicle was overwhelming. Hyundai corporate had to open a case. They are refusing to pay for the install of the seat which is their fault so court it is!! Stay far away from this place, especially the manager who not only arrogant but ignorant. I hope that Hyundai corporate will close this place!!!
