Out of all of the cars that I have purchased this has been the worst experience. First they hustle you into getting a car and when they do they do not want to acknowledge/honor their policies or return your phone calls. After getting my vehicle I was never given my contract so I have been calling and messaging them trying to get it and either there's no response or I get the run around that it will be emailed. I have a coworker/friend going through the same issue trying to get her contract and her vehicle was purchased MONTHS ago. I have told everyone at my job and all friends. Honestly anyone that will listen and currently looking for a vehicle to not do business with this company because they are shady and do not put customers first. Your just a sale to them so please take it from me and save your self the trouble. Go somewhere else.

Communication is horrible.
Its a lot of work to ever get service on the phone you will have to call a few times, and get transferred to someone else just to get transferred back to being on hold. Wouldn't recommend them, we will just buy from another dealership next time.

Oil Change & Service Check
I came in for the first check up on my 2022 Tucson. The check up was performed right on time with no waiting. Ryan explained the complimentary oil change instruction which were confusing but he made sure my car's service notice would fall in the correct window. Two questions I had concerning a spare tire & carrying a kayak on the roof rack were researched and answered. (Not the answers I hoped for but I appreciated the time spent in finding those answers.) I found the personnel & service to be excellent.

Never buy a Hyundai
I have been taking my car to the dealership since 2019,and after a new(rebuilt) motor and transmission my car still runs like garbage. All they can tell you is there is no warranty.
