After seeing my hood peeling, calling Geico and taking it to Crash Champions, found out my 2017 Hyundai Sport is covered (validation done on Z05 Hyundai Campaign Site). Got an appointment online (Conf Code: 5NMZUDLB7HH021889 on Jan 9th, 2026 for Jan 14th). Called to see the process. Email said advisor was "Chole", but no such person as per a person named Dulce that I talked to? She said due to high numbers of paint fixes, I as looking at an end of Feb date and I will be called by another service advisor. That is FINE but no confirmation code, email, or text to validate my call ? NOPE, just a promise you will hear back in around 6 weeks? I am ok with waiting, and I got coverage till 2027 as per the campaign, but at minimum, in my opinion, I should get an email from Ft Myers Hyundai to confirm the call and some bullets to explain the process. But hearing your site gave me a fake advisor's name , no one called about my appointment, and in final your site has no web page for the icon "Our Staff", well my faith in this dealership since taken over by O'Brian, well that's pushing it on "having faith".
