Frauds
Dealing with them for 9 weeks right now. Sold me a van that I have now took to a Collision Expert and a separate chain mechanic to verify that it was a wreck and cover up vehicle with severe frame damage. Broken struts, motor mounts are bad, and both tie rods are so bad that it is dangerous to drive! Was told by Collision center to get a lawyer. Hyundai of Fort Myers keeps blowing me off knowing I am driving a vehicle that is pulling all over the road and I have stressed the safety issue with them multiple times. Jeff who doesn't do anything but try to pacify me and dismiss me.
Here is the kicker, I've had a stroke and cancer treatments over the last 10 years, so I audio record everything to make sure my brain keeps up and I can review things if needed. Ive been in 9 times with 9 recordings of their bullshit. It's really funny how on audio going over the finance of what I showed and told them I make and what was on the paperwork that I didn't catch until this past week at an auto fraud lawyer, dont match up! They submitted paperwork 3x what I make in order to sell me a wrecked vehicle!! That is now bank fraud, title fraud on a salvage vehicle and endangerment and anything else the lawyer finds. Already paid $4000 over value, thousands in more fee and add-ons, for a vehicle that was wrecked and the cost should go down! What are all these maintenance fees. Inspection cost if they did nothing before they sold it? They have 1 more chance come Monday to remedy and make things right before I push thru with the lawyer! The maintenance scheduler Eline, is worthless, condescending, and doesn't do his actual job! Not 1 phone call to set up anything, not 1. Last week kept the van for 3 days to put it in framing machine. Nope they fixed with window leak that was running into the cab and I had to fix the mold issue. They broke and didn't fix the cowl, so now water is running into the engine. Messed up the interior dash as well. Rescheduled the framing for this week then canceled when I showed up. Took 7 weeks to fix a windowshield, didn't put it on the framing machine and after showing up 7 times to get the appointment! We are now going into week 9 of an unsafe vehicle, missing work and income over 2 months! I caution everyone to stay away from this dealership. They are frau
