Horrible service
This location is by far the worst. 2 hours for an oil change each and every time makes no sense plus the condescending service techs does not help, this is a constant thig at this location, not to mention if you have any issues with your vechile as my sister did with a faulty battery on a 1 1/2 year old car we had to have the car jumped 2 times just to get it to this dealer just for them to call 2 days later and say call your insurance or take it to a different location because basically they didn't want to switch out the battery that's under warranty for another 30000 miles or another 2 years. This location is only good if you want to purchase a vechile closer to east county other then that I would highly suggest taking it to any other location especially if it's a manufacturer issue because they will fight you until the end and this is not a corporate location so the actual hyundaiusa.com will not do anything besides call them they are very familiar with the location and even they advised to go else where. When I called a different location I was told this location fights any customer so that they don't work on anything that's under warranty which is not ok if you buy a brand new car off the lot and promised warranty and if there's any issues they should and are supposed to take care of it, apparently this location will not and theres no one to speak to besides the location manager and he's no better, wheni told him what happened and said if he can look into it he said you took the car and I explained to him your service tech called and said we need to pick it up and take it else where he didn't seem surprised at all and that says alot. Hopefully this helps others to choose another location so they don't have to deal with the headache of what they'll have to deal with here . Side note I got here at 830 for an oil change it's 1015 and there barley opening my hood i have my vechile status and it shows me exactly what's being done I've complained numerous times that an oil change shouldn't be this long so I feel like they do it on purpose I've asked the manager to look into it but like I said he's no better then the service department.
