Poor customer service
Unfortunately had to work with this dealership since it was the closest location. I have a on going peeing paint issue. After walking in, with little to no help, everyone looked at me like I was crazy for the paint issue. Someone then took pictures of the paint to start a claim, which they said they would follow back within the end of week with details. Waited over 2 weeks, and I finally called them back, only to hear that they have no record of me even coming in, and they aren't even sure who took pictures because they don't have those either and that I would need to come in again to get pictures and start the claim. Terrible customer service. No one is helpful. Everyone has an attitude and speaks to you like you are incompetent.
