Exceptional Service
I’d like to send a big thank you to John Byers, Service Manager, for fixing the problem with the rims on my 2019 Santa Fe. My SUV looks brand new, and I’m very appreciative. We’ve bought at least five vehicles from Bob Awn, and have also been very satisfied with the Service Department over the years. ????????

Service on a Recall
Recall and replacement service was performed on my 2018 Elantra.
The service was done in an acceptable amount of time. The car was returned in a little over an hour.

I love the service I receive every time I bring my car in for service. They always stick to the schedule and have me in and out as soon as they can. Most importantly they always follow up with me a few days later, wanting to know how my vehicle is performing. I find that to be very thoughtful and caring. I would recommend Huntington Hyundai to everybody i come in contact with, who's interested in a vehicle.

Car wasn’t properly checked before return. Service invoice said all things were checked such as wipers, which were broken. Makes me wonder if they even checked anything.

Professional and courteous
Due to a manufactured defect I had to have my car Tucson 2015 towed to Huntington Dealership. Kaitlyn was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel like she cared about a car problem that was out of my control. She went out of her way to get me a loner car as soon as she can so I wouldn’t have to keep using a rental car that was adding up to be costly. Hyundai was going to rerimburse me but know how how Hyundai is I knew they would not cover the full cost of the rental despite it being their fault with a manufacture defect engine. Huntington Hyundai mechanic did the best they can and I got my car back i over 2 months later. Kaitlyn kept me calm and she was very supportive.

Impossible to schedule visit through app
Service and employees were exceptional, the scheduling process through and app were not ideal. Took two weeks to find an appointment.
