The salesmen lied, scammy businessmen
The salesman lied. They take outside financing through your own bank. The salesman told me my wife and my father in law they don’t take outside financing and only through them. So with the salesmen lying we are stuck in a higher interest rate. When I spoke to the manager he told me they do take outside financing. When asked why did the salesmen lie to me the manger said I don’t know why other people do business the way they do. Sorry.

All in all take business elsewhere

Vin swab
The service department used my car detail to do service to another car and when i called them they denied and not even try to resolve the problem which shows how unprofessional they are . The car is belong to a dealership since 2022 and never been to that dealership service also they reported to carfax with different milage and damage my car history and now we cannot even sell the car because of different mileage reported

Got Screwed
I'm a vereran,they screwed me real good, bought a 2023 Palaside.they added $6000 to MSRP price.The finance guy,told me had to buy 4yr maintence plan.Had to buy Butler plan also,wax car every 6 monthes.Bought car Memorial Day,they all came out and said, thank you for your service,then they serviced me.A learning expierience.What a way to treat a Senior citizen,I'm 70 yrs old.Good Luck on your deals. Great cars,lousy dealer ship,they own North freeway Hyundai,and Baytown Hyundai also

New Santa Fe Car Purchase
The team at Humble Hyundai was exceptional in their help and support while purchasing our new 2023 Santa Fe SUV. My wife and I have been to other dealerships and feel that the salespersons just did not have our best interests. When we visited Humble Hyundai, from our sales person to our financing personal, everyone was professional, meticulous in the necessary details to ensure we understood everything and were very comfortable before moving to each issue. Our sales person, Gerson Lopez, was very knowledgeable and thorough in the facts and details of our new SUV. He took his time listening to our expectations on a new car purchase, then proceeded to meet or exceed each of our requirements to make sure our needs were met and found an SUV that was perfect for my wife and myself. I would recommend Humble Hyundai to anyone feeling that they are not getting their needs met and too much sales pressure.

New Car Purchase
My husband and I recently purchased our 4th Hyundai from this location. We have been very satisfied with our previous 3! David, our salesman, was friendly. He brought in the finance department at the right to time to help us get the deal we felt was fair. He took time to show me all the features of the car and get my settings all set up before I left the lot. He also called to follow up to see if I had any questions about the car a few days after I had it. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and will continue to buy cars from Humble Hyundai.

Update
Update: they told me the electronic failures are because of the starter. Then they said I have to pay because someone tried to break in. I disputed this. Next they said it’s because someone spilled a liquid “into” the key opening. Why does Hyundai not have keyless entry as standard, like my Mazda was?!

Since they changed their story and the spill would have been since before I purchased the car…I’m questioning the validity of this opinion.

Unacceptable and not helpful
NO LOANER CARs, even when they can't find the problem. Negative Nancy service department and not welcoming at all. Makes me feel like they are just annoyed at my need to have a vehicle that works. Seems they can't do much here. Save yourself and don't buy a Hyundai if you expect good, pleasant service. Under 25,000 miles and nothing but problems. Electronics (ac, radio, wipers, windows, lights,) intermittently work. Key sticks in starter.

Excellent experience!
After shopping for a new vehicle for over 6 weeks and visiting 6 other dealerships, (including another Hyundai dealer), I finally found the right salesman (Ibra) & vehicle at Humble Hyundai. Nobody at any other dealership was willing to work with me on price. Everyone else wanted to charge over MSRP & I wasn't willing to do that. Ibra provided top notch service in the whole process. I didn't make it easy on him, test driving 3 different vehicles, picking one & then changing my vehicle choice when the deal was almost done. Ibra didn't flinch or complain. He just worked the deal on the vehicle I picked. The finance guy was awesome too! Usually, the purchasing of a new vehicle isn't pleasant, but this time, it truly was. I strongly recommend Humble Hyundai and even more strongly recommend Ibra. You won't be disappointed!

Not a good place
Bought a 2015 Kia sorento from this dealership. Just made my 1st payment!!!! The motor went our. The dealership has had the vehicle a week amd they say it is not there problem to give us a rental vehicle. Kids missing school, adults missi g work.... they said it's in service department hands. Service department says it's in sales hands. No one will give us a straight answer or help us. The car IS under warranty as well. Says it has to be shipped to another dealership to get fixed. Don't know whe. That will be...

The best customer care we could ask for.
Excellent customer service. Frank worked with us and provided us with all we needed to know about the vehicle. My husband and I walked out of there with a new Hyundai Palisade . Definitely would recommend this dealership for first class service.

Appointment scheduled
I arrived to find Hyandai underconstruction. I called office and was informed to come to the trailer on the lot. I entered the trailer and said I had an appointment. Joshua said show him proof I had an appointment. I assured him I had a confirmation text. They insisted a trainee and Josha especially said if I was going to question him I can leave ..the trainee agreed..
I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior.. they could not pull up appointments and suddenly it's my faught. Alder man showed up and Josh talk to him rudely and sharp as well. I bought my car from Himble in 2015...I drive to Clearlake for better customer service.
I will never go back to Humble Hyundai.
