Love Hate Relationship

Brought my car in because it wouldn't start. Turns out the starter needed to be replaced again. We had previously done this work so it was covered under their warranty. This time however, they fixed the root problem, which was a leaky engine that's dripping oil onto the starter.

The cost ended up being 20% higher than was I was expected. When asked about it, they said that the initial quote didn't include the diagnosis cost and that was the difference.

Loved that the car is fixed, the warranty held up, and speedy response time.

Hate that cost was higher than the original quote. Just leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If I hadn't replace the starter here in the first place, I wouldn't have come back. Probably won't be coming back for future needs either.
