Poor attention to detail and service
Don't bring your car to the service department here! I took my car in for suspension work and to have the battery checked because the auto stop start stopped being available. Long story short by the time it go home the car was making a terrible and loud metal on metal sound because a part was touching the brake rotor. I had to spend the time to find and bend the part at home in the dark, not fun after for spending $1300. They also never checked the battery. I was able to get the car back in to make sure it was good and check the battery. when I took it back they seemed dismissive about it saying it's was an honest mistake and the tolerances are so tight. However, my wife heard it very quickly and their tech never did. They were only willing to compensate a free oil change or alignment, assuming I spent another $1100 with them. I don't trust the work they did and will never go back.
