They’re all scammers, don’t purchase here
I was flat-out lied to by salesman Josue Colome Vazquez, who assured me my previous lease’s end-of-term charges would be covered if I signed a new lease. That was a deliberate false promise, meant to manipulate me into closing the deal. Then Finance Manager Alain Santana finalized the paperwork without disclosing the truth — that I'd still be fully responsible for those charges.

When I returned to confront them, General Manager Darwin De Los Cueto refused to help, denied everything, and accused me of lying. No apology. No accountability. Just gaslighting and arrogance.

The worst part? Hyundai Corporate backed them up by doing absolutely nothing. They brushed off the complaint and sent me right back to the same people who defrauded me.

If you care about honesty, transparency, or not being scammed — stay far away from this dealership. And if you expect Hyundai to protect you as a customer, think again. You're on your own.
