I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the mediocre and poor customer service my family and I recently experienced at your dealership. This was especially disheartening because the first time we purchased a vehicle from Holler Hyundai, the experience was phenomenal. The staff was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. That level of service made a lasting impression and is the reason we chose to return.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we felt neglected and disregarded. The salesperson who assisted us was noticeably snappy and seemed eager to get rid of us rather than genuinely assist with our needs. His demeanor and lack of patience made us feel unwelcome, as if our presence was an inconvenience. Even though we did not finalize a purchase, a professional salesperson should at least end the interaction on a positive and respectful note — something that was completely absent in this case.
To make matters worse, we also felt that the offer provided for our potential trade-in or purchase was unreasonably low, almost as if there was an attempt to take advantage of us. This added to the overall feeling that our business and trust were not valued.
The lack of professionalism, respect, and fairness was both frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a dealership that once set a high standard of excellence. Customers should always be treated with honesty, transparency, and care — values that seem to have been overlooked during our visit.
I strongly urge your management team to review your customer service and sales practices and provide additional training to ensure future customers receive the attention and integrity they deserve. Please understand that if this matter is not addressed appropriately, I intend to share my experience on social media to raise awareness and encourage improvement. My goal is not to damage your reputation, but to encourage accountability and help restore the level of excellence that once made Holler Hyundai stand out.
