Francheska said when she went in for service, the business told her there was no problem with the tire. Even though, one of the tires remained flat. She took the vehicle elsewhere and they found a nail in the tire. Three weeks after the oil change was performed at this business, the indicator light came on, revealing the vehicle was due for another oil change and she does not know why.
