It’s so hard to trust a mechanic. I learned about Moorehouse from a coworker and I’ll always be recommending them in the future. The entire process was perfect. Very professional and considerate employees, great communication over the phone about the process, and valuable pricing were all reasons I rate them so high. I say valuable pricing because their price was great and so was their work. While I hope I never have to see them again (wouldn’t ask to need body work for my vehicle in the future), if I do I will have the peace of mind knowing where I need to go.
My 9 yo Impreza needed dings repaired and I was able to get an estimate quickly, and the work done shortly after the estimate. They found and fixed things I hadn’t noticed, and the car looks like new. They kept me informed when parts were delayed or not available, and did great work when the parts came in.
Excellent experience from day of accident to picking up my vehicle. Repairs were speedy, communication was prompt (thanks korey!) and car looks and drives good as new. Would recommend to anyone.
