Helped me out of a jam
I was leaving for a business trip on a Wednesday night and my car wasn’t starting. I called around late Tuesday as my place couldn’t take me. I got a few no’s until I called Chuck. He was booked, but sympathetic to my situation. He was able to take me. It was a huge relief to get on the road knowing I wouldn’t get stranded.
