Invoice states guarantee for 12 mos or 12,000 mile warranty. WRONG. They fixed the A/C on our 2017 High Country Silverado for $2051.94 on 03/11/2024. At the time, we were pleased with the service; however the A/C went out again. Went in for repair at local Chevrolet dealer and they found "contamination of R134A in the system". Our bill for the 2nd repair was $2203.76 completed 09/06/2024. To this date we have regrettably received zero dollar reimbursement for their error. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
