Great customers service followed by wonderful results.
The place is welcoming; when I worked through those doors, I saw pride in our military, which was impressive. As I approached the desk, the greetings from Mike were very welcoming and gave Mr confidence I was in the right place. I was referred by a friend who gave them applause. Upon talking about my concerns about my car, he gave me recommendations and suggestions on how we can get it to drive well again. After several tests, we concluded that my engine needed to be replaced; they connected directly to their bulk store, where I could get it for a very reasonable price.
It is fixed and driving like a champion; I am pleased with my car, its service, and its professionalism. Well done Gents. Austin, great work. The only con is that try updating your clients on the timeframe and update.

Expertise and Efficiency
Automotive Alternatives was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issues with my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. They were communicative and personable, which raised my confidence in their work. After their team completed the work needed on the vehicle, Austin went out of his way to show me the old parts/faulty parts which were removed and the new parts that were put in. Would highly recommend this business to those looking for competent and knowledge mechanical experts. Pricing was fair and the business is military friendly. Thanks again to the team!
