Carolyn said this business took 4 weeks to get the vehicle taken care of and was charged $8,400 when she was given a quote that it would cost between $5,400 and $5,600. Also she mentioned that they admitted to driving her vehicle home. She had questions as to how to maintain the vehicle since a new engine was put in as far as does she start over on her scheduled maintenance but this business just gave her the paperwork. They told her to pay the deductible, which was not right for a business that is on the preferred list of her insurance company. She stated that she does not trust the condition of the vehicle because she knows nothing about it and there is knocking and screeching noises that she did not have prior to this repair. She had to call to find out the status of her vehicle without them communicating the progress to her or keeping her up to date on the website. For these reasons she would not recommend this business to friends and family and plans to talk to her insurance company about them being on the preferred list.
