Great Experience!
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two vehicles from Happy Hyundai of Libertyville, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, genuine care, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our first purchase was a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, followed by a 2025 Hyundai Palisade for my brother-in-law. Both transactions were handled seamlessly by our salesperson, Peter. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, making sure all our questions were answered and that we felt confident in our choices.

To finalize the deals, Ernesto stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth. He was persistent in making sure we didn’t leave the dealership feeling unsure or unhappy—truly dedicated to making sure we were satisfied with our experience.

Both Peter and Ernesto exemplify excellent customer service skills, and their professionalism made our car buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. My wife and brother-in-law are both very happy with their new vehicles, and I highly recommend Happy Hyundai of Libertyville to anyone in the market for a new car.
