Paid $500 to correct an engine light problem. But the problem was misdiagnosed. Paid another $200 to order another part to correct the problem. They never called back with an advisory that the part had arrived. My advice is to avoid these guys like the plague. Find a competent mechanic, get it fixed right the first time, and avoid the broken promises, indifference, and incompetence.

Mr. Toomey,
  I understand your frustration with your check engine light.  I just reviewed your original repair back in 2013 as well as the diagnoses from last week.  The original repair that you had was for module communication errors.  The light is on now due to an oxygen sensor not communicating. The diagnostic codes are not the same.  The emissions system on your vehicle has several sensors and monitors all of witch can trigger a check engine light.  Heritage Warranties any repair we do for 12 months or 12,000 miles.  If the issue with your vehicle was related to our last repair we would of extended this coverage due to the limited driving you do.  I would be more than happy to assist with the cost of your current repair with a discount.
