Beautiful work/Need to work on communication
I had high hopes for Leading Edge after my initial estimate. The estimator took the time to explain everything in detail, and I appreciated their transparency. A staff member encouraged me to drop off my car on a Monday so they’d "have the whole week to work on it," which I did, making all necessary arrangements.

A week and a half passed without an update, so I called—only to be met with surprise, as if I was unreasonable for checking in. I was then told the work would take at least two weeks. At the 2.5-week mark, I finally received a call saying that parts had just arrived and work would start the next day. So my car sat there untouched for over two weeks? A week later, I was told it would take another three weeks. The poor communication continued, with conflicting timelines and condescending responses when I simply asked for updates.

In total, my car was with them from September 30th to November 15th—far longer than expected, with little to no proactive communication. That being said, the quality of work is phenomenal. My car looks and feels brand new, and for that, I’m truly grateful. However, the frustrating communication and lack of respect for customer inquiries make it impossible for me to return or recommend this shop. A simple, clear timeline and honest updates would have made all the difference.

Excellent work and not overly expensive
The staff at leading Edge always explain the required work and give us accurate estimates, and complete the work on time.

Oil Change
Just an oil change, but it was done it a timely fashion and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Also, they reviewed some other functions of the car and suggested (no pressure) what might be needed at the time of the next oil change.

Amazing Service
I brought my Volvo SUV to get a new battery after the dealership told me that I needed a new one and quoted me $700. I called Leading Edge and they quoted me half the price so I brought my car in and after looking at my car and testing the battery 3x, they told me that it didn’t need a battery at all. They charged me nothing. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of honesty from this business. They are simply good human beings.
