The three things I would warn any consumer considering going to this Henderson Hyundai is if you have any problems on the back end once they have your money in my experience, they will not respond to you. Make sure you fully inspect the vehicle you are purchasing because their sales people said “ALL of their ELANTRAS on their lots have misaligned hoods”. Last if you have any problems with this dealership, go to DMV occupational license and file a complaint against them not with the BBB. Go to DMV occupational license..
They will not update Hyundai’s system with the correct information. They seem to be upset because they sold me a brand new 2025 ELANTRA hybrid with a misaligned hood and I exchanged it the second day. Since then, with all the questions that I’ve had, I cannot get an answer from any sales manager, anyone in finance and my sales consultant doesn’t know much about the situation to do any good.
There is no response they can make here to save face because if they would have just simply responded in the 1st place I would have never left the review.
