Never heard back from general manager
After many attempts of emailing te service manager, Larry, he has yet to respond back to me. He lied about their 3 days return policy because he didn't want to lose out on a sale. I was unhappy and still unhappy with my sonata so I reached out regarding a brand new 23 sonata hybrid they had within the first day of purchase and they told me that it has to be a 24 that gets traded out. I reached out to corporate because nowhere in the fine print does it say anything about a specific year as long as the trade is new for new. Arie advised me that I was right and it doesn't say that in the clause and he isn't sure how to help. So needless to say I'm stuck with a car I don't like, a general manager who could careless about his clients and a salesman that lied as well. After many attempts to email Larry, he hasn't responded once! This has been ongoing since the end of July! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

bad service
Buyer beware. I bought a Sante Fe 4 months ago and have numrous issies. The Hyundai service person lied and ssid my car was damaged when I brpught it in. I had pictures proving otherwise. Hyundai fixed the "lot damage" but my car is still not repaired. Buyer beware.

Why car salesmen get bad raps.
Spoke with Ephram via text about a Hyundai Santa Fe. Through multiple texts, I informed him I was looking ONLY for a 2024 Santa Fe XRT or Limited in Black. He texts me (on Sunday) "We have two XRT's and one Limited in black right now." I told him I'd be down on Monday the next day. I drive 45 min's to Henderson and ask to see the XRT's or Limited. He tells me first they don't have any. Then when I said you texted me you did, he THEN says "OH we sold the Limited on Saturday (2 days ago). I informed him "Yesterday (Sunday) you told me you had XRTs and a Limited. He just kept saying he sold the limited on Saturday and never had XRT's. Guy wasted all my time and is the reason car salesmen have horrible reputations. Scumbag behavior.

Great Great Service Dept.
I deal with (Louie P.) the service advisor and he always goes above and beyond with helping me with my 2017 Sonata. Louie is very nice and knowledgeable with great customer service skills and next, Pete Bartolomei, the shop foreman has personally helped me with advise about my Sonata as well.
I can not forget Bennie P., who always greets me and makes me feel like a, valued customer after bringing my Sonata to their service dept. and trusting in them for all of my service work, since the day that I have owned the car in 2017. I highly recommend Henderson Hyundai Store for their awesome team work. Thanks, George H.

Horrible Customer Service
It took almost 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from them. The General Manger (what a character) was confrontational and accused me of calling him a liar one minute after I tried to negotiate or bargain the price $ 200 down. He was willing to let a $ 27000 fall apart over $200. The process was so lengthy that I noticed other customers were having pizza while negotiating their purchase. I've also witnessed an Asian customer who were made to ring a dong to celebrate and the completion of her purchase!!!! How racist is that!! Even when they try to force you, using their sales pitch, to by their extended warranty and you decline they will say to your face, ah, you have too much money! Who in the hell would say that to a customer?? POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not an honest or customer oriented dealership.
Paid for service, problem not fixed, same issues; told we needed the parts and labor (2,220) to fix it...yet it didn't do anything or fix the problem, over 3 months in shop at this dealer w/o resolution, only now they want us to spend an additional $5,000 for new stereo, stating that is the problem...amazing how this wasn't addressed the 1st two months in the shop and that we were promised that it was fixed after picking it up and only 24hrs later towing it back to them for the same issue...no recourse, no refund, only wants more money. W/o care for now nearly 3 months, poor service, terrible response/replies to inquiries and continued mixed messages on what the problem was...just want more time and money... also offered an amount prior to the service to sell, declined, invested another 2,220, then they offered 500 less than original amount; really sketchy service and management and definitely not worthy of the Genesis or even Hyundia reputation; We only want to be refunded the amount attached, as the paid service wasn't completed, still same problem. Please advise if small claims court or social is the best route to pursue. Thank you for your support.

Factory Recall
Despite the performance of the car being compromised the earliest I could get an appointment was 10 days. An independent shop took my car in the same day and diagnosed the issue but could not fix it because it was a recall situation. The 10 day wait meant I had to rent a car which cost over $1000. I was told someone would call about a loaner or rental, but that never occurred. This is the third Hyundai I have owned and already had 3 factory recalls on it.
