I called Helwig on a recommendation from another shop (Turn Two Auto) . I called and Tracey Frame answered the phone and I explained my situation, I had no other car since my Stinger GT was just side swiped on county road PD two days prior. As busy as they were Tracey and I made an arrangement to put some oil in the car and bring it in first thing in the morning. They checked it and found the oil drain bolt had come loose. They quickly took care of that and pulled some oil out since I had accidentally over filled it. The charge was minimal, had it been a bigger issue we had planned to make an appointment and bring it back in two weeks or leave it, since their schedule is so far booked ahead. I’m indebted to Tracey and Helwig, he understood my “personal situation”, I’ve usually worked on my own cars to the extent of brakes, oil changes, etc but this time I was in need of help from someone, anyone who had a heart to just care about out situation and Tracey and Helwig came through. I will always be indebted to him for just caring and being a Good Samaritan and now they have a new customer for life!!
