The Big 3- Knowledge, Integrity, Service
In the title these are my top three attributes of a quality auto repair shop. Jeff, who is a very knowledgeable manager, does a thorough inspection prior to the quote. Unlike many automotive technicians, he actually takes you under the hood, chassis, or wherever the problem is and shows you the trouble area. Along with this, he gives a detailed explanation of the parts and costs involved and the choices available for repair. At the end of repair all the worn parts were neatly laid out in this ultra clean shop for me to examine. The mechanics are highly skilled and provide the highest quality service. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely recommended (already have) Heath's Auto Repair to my friends and family. They will treat you right and keep you apprised of all costs if any unseen repairs are needed. To top it all off, they washed my vehicle and put a Christmas mug with a "thanks for your business" note on my front seat! Did I forget to mention; my vehicle runs great!
