Glad I found a reliable place to get work done on my car!
After calling around to a few places in and around me, a coworker recommended Hayden Cars, saying they are upfront and honest. I will say the communication was lacking before I took my car in. I called twice and left messages then went on the website to request an appointment after not hearing back from them. I got an email the day before my appointment request to confirm it. Then the time was scheduled for 8am, when their door says they don't open till 9. Got in at 8:30, so it was still a little frustrating. However, Grant was super friendly and helpful. My car was there 2 days and he kept me informed of what was going on and what pricing options there were at each step. Will definitely go there for anything my car needs in the future.
