They are very friendly but slow. Ive taken my truck to them twice to get the truck running. They got it running both times but did not fixe my main concerns. And truck is still reading pcm fault. Ive brought this up both times. Even fixed the second code my truck was reading myself even though i mentioned it as well. Both times ive taken my truck ive replaced the battery before taking it and less than 3 days later my battery was dead. The first time i droped it off they lost my keys for a week then still didn't get my truck in for another 2 weeks. This last time they keep saying theyd get it in that day but came up with different reasons why they didn't get it in for a week straight. My truck is still having vehicle voltage issues even though ive asked them both time to see why. I have yet to get an answer. They have poor communication and time management. Theyll say they will call you but you just sit in waiting on a phone call that will be several days after vehicle is ready if you aren't calling them daily for progress.
