Extended Warranty for 2016 Honda Fit
All the staff at Brian’s Tire & Service have always been very professional and go the extra mile for service on my car & jeep. Today I stopped by to see if my extended warranty would cover repairing my Honda. Scott was very helpful in answering all my questions. He went the extra mile on checking if my warranty would cover the repair costs. Can’t say enough about all staff.

Great service!
This was my first time going to this repair shop and I had a very pleasant experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, they got straight to the point in fixing what I needed fixed and did it all efficiently! I’ll definitely be back if (god forbid lol) anything else happens to my vehicle!

Incredible service!!!!
Having to go to a mechanic is daunting enough, but exceptionally so after a total breakdown. Ryan, Scott and crew made this potential disaster one of the best experiences I have had.

They were professional, courteous, communicative and thorough. They went above and beyond and made me feel totally safe and at ease.

To top it off, they were able to complete the work about a week ahead of schedule.

I cannot praise them or recommend them more highly!

Warranty work and more
I took my care in for some warranty work and was so impressed with their customer service we bought a new set of tires as well. The customer service and communication is above and beyond.

Highly recommend.
$3300 worth of work, only had to pay $250 deductible.

Great Customer Service!
I asked a friend where to take my car for service, he recommended 2 places and I’m so glad I called Brian’s! Don asked me questions that put me at ease, I explained what brought me in was a rear back tire and he made some notes and then arranged for me to have a ride home. The call I received later was for my estimate. They then picked me up and delivered a car free of tire issues and back o running silently. I have other work needed and I am confident that I can return to Brian’s for trustworthy and necessary repairs. And as a woman doing anything with their vehicle not one time did I feel anyone was trying to get me to do anything for my car that was not needed. That’s definitely happened to me other places. I’m very thankful to the team at Brian’s and I trust Don to help me get the services I need to care for the life of my car! Thanks so much!
