Extended Warranty for 2016 Honda Fit
All the staff at Brian’s Tire & Service have always been very professional and go the extra mile for service on my car & jeep. Today I stopped by to see if my extended warranty would cover repairing my Honda. Scott was very helpful in answering all my questions. He went the extra mile on checking if my warranty would cover the repair costs. Can’t say enough about all staff.

Great service!
This was my first time going to this repair shop and I had a very pleasant experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, they got straight to the point in fixing what I needed fixed and did it all efficiently! I’ll definitely be back if (god forbid lol) anything else happens to my vehicle!

Terrible Experience
I was told on the phone that a diagnostic would be $50. When I came to the location it was $109. It was more than I wanted to pay but that's fine. After the diagnostic there was no definitive answer on what was causing the issue. I get that, rule out what you can and go from there. The issue is that I wanted to talk to the mechanic who looked at my vehicle to get some additional information. When I wasn't able to speak with the mechanic I took my vehicle elsewhere. Maybe it was just a Monday hangover, but I did not have a very good experience, and they didn't seem to really care.
